Vehicle Design Rules ROCKED! but their getting so old it's hard to use them. Are they coming out with new stuff? or is it gone altogether?

Vehicle Design Rules were fine, unfortunately most people using VDR sucked.

How is this a rules question?

They've been gone for a long time, and not missed. Done right, they were fine. No one used them right, to make rules for very cool scratch conversions. They simply made the most broken thing they could using the rules, and then made a crappy model to justify the bad rules.
