first, too many multi-melta for your tactical squad, i know vulkan gives you bouns for melta. personally i do not think multi-melta, because it comes to full functional within 12" and it is a heavy weapon. plus you have enough anti-armor fire power in your list. i think you can just keep missile launcher for the heavy slot.
second, i think you should exchange the predators to some vindicators.
third, try to use some drop pods. easier for you to deploy your flamers.

I disagree about switching the Tac multi-meltas for missiles. Full functional at 12"... it is still strength 8 at 24" which is the same as a missile at that range, and also AP1 which is good for vechicle damage table, feel no pain, terminator armor, etc. And it has a reroll. Maybe switch one of them to a Lascannon so that if you combat squad and camp a deep objective you can fire 9/2 at greater range, but I would keep the others with multi-melta.
The Sternguard in a pod is nasty if your opponent doesn't castle their heavy armor. Maybe add a Heavy Flamer or a straight up Meltagun to them. Vulkan dropping with them for 2 Heavy Flamers is nice. Usually they are dead after that kind of alphastrike drop though. Better make sure it is worth the trade, otherwise drop on an objective and get a Rhino over there.

The sternguard are 210 points. Thats a 5 man Master Crafted TH/ SS unit. You want more explanation lol? I don't really think that Dakka preds have a place in a vulcan list. If you want them then running Steleks best of is probably a better choice. I would then just drop the Predators and attack bikes for a LRR. It's hard to break from the standard vulcan mold because it's so good =/ If you don't want the standard vulcan... I might suggest Dropping the preds for vindis and giving the tacs meltaguns. You might have to drop the AB in the process but it might be better for you. That way you have mobile meltas and the sternguard, I might drop that PF. I just don't think it's useful... If it's worked for you though. Giving the tac squads combi-flamers could make use of the flamers then a little more. Staying Flamer / MM is not a bad choice though.

A LRR w/ 5 Termies is not so hard to beat, especially at my shop. A Meltagun can and will blow it up, since I do it all the time, and beating Termies is as easy as a Broodlord and his retinue of Genestealers, sometimes.
I broke from the mold to present more firepower. Just because Vulkan twin-links stuff doesn't mean I can't run Dakka Preds for anti-infantry firepower. What I am most happy with is the TL MM on the ABs, giving me a far more reliable AT platform than really anything else.
Thanks for the advice guys, but I am thinking I will drop Vulkan as a whole since he does lend himself too much to only a handful of builds.

Wooooaaaahhhh. Genestealers killing 2+/3+ MC TH terminators (normally there is 7 of them + vulcan)? Uhhh i'd like to see that happen more than once in a while.
Yeah you seem to want to break the mold with vulcan so I might run something else ;D.

I don't ever see seven TH/SS Termies with Vulcan, usually five at most. Of course, I play in the 1500pt range a lot. I make a lot of lists, but I have a lot of free time at my job, so it passes the time, that and painting.
