That's how to do it alright. Guys that old don't care what anybody thinks of them anymore. Besides, I think the drunk driving rate has been pushed as far down as it's gonna get. Unless you are willing to go around killing everybody who never stops to think about the consequences of their actions. And you'd run out of bullets before you were done anyway.
