Noticed that the Battlefoam website now has a store locator (didn't notice it before), so does that mean instant gratification B&M goodness in the near future?

hrm, the search function only works for Americans.... That needs to be updated, even if they don't currently have retailers outside of the US....

That would be a no, unless you can be instantly gratified with pluck and pick.
Stores will only be allowed to carry the empty bags, the 1" to 3" pick and pluck foam, and some of the 1" and 2" infantry trays. None of the trays for valkries, tanks, cavalry etc that most people seem to want.
If you don't mind the generic foam, your LGS can probably order it through a couple of distributors at some point when they become available.

....and lo!.....The Age of Sigmar came to an end when Saint Veetock and his hamster legions smote the false Sigmar and destroyed the bubbleverse and lead the true believers back to the Old World.

Well at least the standard infantry foam has a much higher model count that the others at the same size so I could see that selling pretty well.

It's all up to your local store. If they choose to carry a space marine or ork bag, that's up to them. All your custom stuff you'll still have to order, because it's made to order for you (he doesn't just have stuff lying around for the custom stuff). But from a business point of you, the pluck and pick is the best choice as it satisfies all needs from the start, as well as some stores may carry "standard" cut trays like the troop trays and such that fit multiple different models. That's what i assume will happen, but i could be wrong.

Hello Guys,
You are all correct. We just sent out a very large order of all bags to several large distros. These should get to your local stores in the next week or so. The bags will be filled with Pluck and Pick to get you started and other trays will be available. For now vehicle trays will still be done by us until later in the year. We will be offering 1 vehicle tray for each army that should take care of many peoples needs.
We hope this helps everyone get the product faster and help people make a decision on getting our bags.
Thanks guys.
Romeo

If I can buy the "kits" like the SM kit at a retail store, that might be alright. I may order a custom kit anyway, and was kind of wondering if I could have it sent to my FLGS to avoid the shipping fee.
