Basically the following is the list:

2xCCS w/3 Meltas in Chim's, one master of the fleet
3xVet Squads w/3 Melta's (1 Squad has 3 Plasma) in Chim's
1xPCS w/3 Flamers, 1 Heavy Flamer in Chim
2xLine Squads w/GL/AC in Chim's
2xHWS w/Autocannons
2xLeman Russ
2xLeman Russ Eradicator
2xLeman Russ Demolisher

So I can fit either another vet squad w/3 specials or a PBS squad. Both would be mounted in chimera's. Which one should I use?

It would probably depend on how you outfitted the vet squad and what role they would play, you seem to have 4 decent melta toting squads there and 1 plasma squad. Perhaps another plasma squad could fit in nicely.

On the other hand a 2nd PBS would add some nice redundancy to the list and still offer that option if the first gets wiped. Although its not nearly as good an option if you regularly play eldar with ROW or fearless enemies.

I'd probably go for the Vets as they are usually a solid unit and can capture as well.

You have 7-8 scoring units as is, all of which are mounted. I think that will be enough for you and the PBS is solid versatility against some armies.

Id go with the veteran squad with 3x meltas.
