Personally I hate Manticores they high AP makes it crap to me. I'd go with a colossus.

Next the Medusa if your gonna upgrade it with all that you might as well go with a Demolisher it does the job just as well 2 dice to pin on S10 isn't bad plus you get uped armor and plasma cannons.

Next you got plenty of meltas you could definatly drop one of those Devil Dog squads and get more use from the points for say and Inq and ret or a PBS

I'd say make that one of the vet squads personally, and leave 'em on your home objectives.

The command Squad is going to be mounted now and INQ and mystics as well. One Vet squad will be in a Vendetta. Let me know if this lists changes opinions.

As the Chimera is a dedicated transport the Inq can't be placed there at the beginning of the game or even when in reserve

I plan to embark them turn one.

i think you have a bit too many meltas try to take some heavy flamers (for those anoying orks and tyranids)

Demolisher has half the range, lacks Ap1, and rolls 2d6 pick highest as opposed to straight 2d6 along with costing 25 points more before upgrades. Medusa is a better tank destroyer in every way as long as you can keep it alive.
