So, if the opponent has Warptime up, can he re-roll -my- rolls to hit and wound?

Yes. The power is in effect for the entirety of whichever player's turn in which it is called, and applies to that player's rolls.
Edit: No it doesn't. Vague moment.
It allows the Psyker to reroll hits and wounds, not the player... So it only applies to the Psyker's own attacks.

Can he just re-roll the ones that hit/wound, or do I have to reroll my entire attack?
