Ok I think this is pretty much what i am going to try out at Ard Boyz and last minute tweaks. I have 25 points left to spend

IMO you could make MUCH better use of Vulkan.

There is an attitude that not having an insanely optimized, one shot, six stage, omnidirectional, inevitable, mousetrap of an assassin list army somehow means that you have foolishly wasted your life building 500 points of pure, 24 karat, hand rolled, fine, cuban fail. That attitude has been shown, under laboratory conditions, to cause cancer of the fun gland.

Updated list added 2 x Flamer to assault squad. upgrade on of the rhino tac squads ML to Plasma Cannon.
I still have tonight to tweak so DeathGod to you care to elaborate on your comment

You are only twinlinking 9 model's weapons. If you go Vulkan at 2500 then nearly everything needs to be melta/flamer & to have some TT/SS termies to assault.
This list isn't very good. Actually looks kind of like a ringer list to me.

Actually it is 14 models and 5 of those have 2 weapons being twinlinked. Unless I'm doing something wrong.

I think it is the lacking Multi-Meltas, Hammer-nators, and Landraiders that generally appear in Vulkan-based lists. I see how you are trying to swarm with Marines, but leave the hordes to Orks.

Opps, I was talking about units, not models. I have 30 models in my army getting twinlinked or mastercrafting.
You only have 5 Multi Meltas, I have 10. You have 1 model with a 2+/3++ save, I have 14. No AR 14 vehicles. Biggest assault threat is 2 dreads with AR 12 or an assault squad with a powerfist.
What happens when you play against deamons and face fiends with 35 atacks on the charge at I5 with rending?
How are you going to blow 8 wave serpents out of the sky?
How do you tear through the IG blob squad that has taken the incomming order, yet has a priest in it + Stracken nearby. Yes the flamers will help, but 1 turn later the Land speeders or dreads get 4 meltas in the face.
Keys to Vulkan is multi meltas with mobility, flamers for hordes, and tt/SS for the harder stuff to crack.
I just don't think you are taking full advantage of what Vulkan can do for an army.

It simply makes every melta and flamer weapon twin linked in the army. To balance this any unit that has combat tactics loses them. But you don't have to have combat tactics to benefit.

Well It looks like the list worked out ok. I took 3rd (missed 2nd by only a couple points).
First Round
Played Necrons 2x Monolith destroyer Lord res orb, Lord res orb. 2 units destroyers, immortals, 3-4 units of warriors.
Only 3 turns played end result I won on objectives and kill points, And My HQ was alive. This player took 4th
result 21-1 my total points 21
Second Round
Played Demons Lord of change, blood thirster, nurgle prince all winged. 2 x soul grinder, blood letters, 3 plague bearers, 2 flamers, horrors, blood crushers.
5 turns done. The mystics did their job and the demon played held back and landed a good distance away rather and risk getting demolisher cannons landing on the incoming units. Pretty back and forth. My last turn 2 rhinos drove up unloaded their marines and the marine proceeded to take his lord of change to 1 wound left. The inquisitors rhino killed it with its storm bolter which was a highlight of the game the other was the assault marine sgt that kill a soulgrinder in CC with his meltabomb.
result draw 13kp-10kp i needed 2 more kill points.
10-11(he had more scoring units in my deployment zone )
my points total 31.
This army took second.
Third Round
Played guard 2 HQ w/office fleet . mystics. plasma tank thing, Basilisk, 2x Valkyrie flamer template tank couple other tanks.
The OOF really delayed my reserves. I dropped my pods and other deep strike stuff in the 14-18 inch range from the mystics only once did I get bit with a wrecked dread. Vulcan killed a lot of troops with his flamer and took a lot of fire he still had 1 wound left at the end of turn 6. He dropped in with the first wave the unit combat squaded the sqt with combi melta popped a tank and vulcan and the flamer combat squad destroyed a unit. My reserves didn't come in mostly until turn 4 and 5. the 2 harder to make reserve rolls was brutal. My assault squad took out a tank squadron and troop unit. I had troops on both objectives. The Valkyries each contested one objective the nose dips down far enough to be within 3" if the objective is about 2 inches tall.
Result Minor win 14-7 ( I got 1 point for troops in 3 table quarters)
First place was a dual seer jetbike list It got like 67 points.
