I was thinking of starting a 40k prison outreach program. I know I would have to use paper cut outs for the minis and terrain but I think I could make them like those paper dolls in the coloring books and just have a marine in his undergarments and then just place his war gear over the top of his paper figure. I was wondering if anyone had a picture of a space marine without his power armor? Just PM my profile with the attachment. I wanted to ask people if they had any advice or tips has anyone made paper dolls before If you have any experience with dolls or prison please let me know any advice you might have would be greatly appreciated.

Paper is cheap. Just print as many different SMs as you need and don't bother with the underwear doll idea.

Google for people who use printed wargame figures. I've seen several sites.

And I have never seen a black one modeled or depicted that chaps my negro butt. Thats why I play guard they conscript everybody.

I just found out that they wont let me bring in dice I was thinking of using rock, paper, scissors as a replacement for d6s.

As for the Rock, Paper Scissors idea- sounds like the best plan. Maybe make a corresponding value on a chart.

Or, if you wear a Watch with a clock face(As opposed to digital ) you could look away, tap watch with finger, and divide by 12. Might add a level of randomness in there too.

Not too experienced with this sort of situation, where random numbers need to be devised.

Nurglitch might be the fellow to look up, he has smarts.

Gone are the days where prison meant something, I for one plan to have my vacation there next year. Free room and board, three meals a day, free membership to the gym, your own security patrol to ensure security, and if your lucky, a free television in every room.

And the best part, when you come off vacation you can claim off the state, they will put you in a home to live, give you discounts on the bills.

Simple, just make your OWN thread debating the relevance of prisons and how prisoners in them should be treated by people like you on the interwebs.

I am not sure how much interest you would get, especially because WH40k has a limited set of tactics that an be used effectively. Good luck on your project though.

Criminals aren't little children with "special needs", they generally deserve to be imprisoned.

However, I hardly see how playing a game with little paper cut-outs and using rock-paper-scissors as a game mechanic is "too good" for them. They're not being taken to Six Flags or something.
