throw the hood on the GKGM, much better to have LD10 psychic hood rather then a LD8

Well i didnt get punched in the mouth.. Placed 3rd place and on my way to the Semi- Finals

And i did put the hood on the GKGM.


Look out world the Daemonhunters are still viable.

Wow, it seems like those three armies would have lots of answers to land raiders - congrats on placing 3rd. Who would you say were your MVPs?

Congrats dude! I took 3rd with them last year so they are definitely still viable. Glad to hear you did well!

Overall i have to say top performer was my Callidus Assassin. She was able to drop Tau HQ and 3 suits on first round of combat. Killing 400 points alone.

In the SIster's game she was able to keep a pair of exorcists from firing and destroying one of their main guns with some good rolling.

Against marines she pushed an assault squad into difficult terrain with word in your ear and was able to wipe a 10 man scout squad that infiltrated deep on my right flank. Then was able to take out the chaplain and Captain when they got too close.


My next MVP unit was the GKGM and Retinue in Crusader ... what else can i say? They shredded everything they came up against.

The amzing thing is i never even put my inquisitor and retinue on the board they were in landraider whole game every game.. and not until the tau game did i need to takew any of my ISTs out of rhinos.

All i n all the army played how i expected 4 landraiders to.. frustrate my enemies and deliver knock out blows when i got close enough. The wild card assasin is so devastating to something the other player thinks is going to be safe in the back or deep in cover.

Anyone else play DH and made it through to the Semis?

Congrats on placing third; always good to see Daemonhunters doing well. They're not viable, though; if you didn't get punched in the face in the first round it'll be coming soon.

Then again I love me some DH so I'll cross my fingers for you...
