How do the Inducted guard of the WitchHunter and DeamonHunter Codex's work with the new guard dex?
1) What happens to Armoured fist? Is it replaced by Veterans? (Pleeeez)
2) Can 0-1 Leman Russ be interperated as 0-1 Leman Russ Squad?
3) What about the Russ variants?
4) Commands?
5) Anything else?

While very handicapped, keep in mind that (when writing my army list) it can go from 72 models to 99 models. More better (LOL) weapons and all that. Granted I wish I could have an armor 14 vehicle (besides the Land Raider)

The 2009 Ard Boyz Rulez Pack clarifies what can and cannot be taken by Inquisitorial forces from the new IG dex - http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_CustomProductCatalog/m90029a_40KArdBoyzRules.pdf
However, despite being a GW document, it's not official outside the Ard Boyz context. If you're playing casually, it seems like a fair standpoint. If you're playing in another tournament, you're at the mercy of your TO. YMMV.

Can't platoon officers give commands?
Also, having acess to heavy weapons now with the platoon is great. As is the ability to get commissar and even characters in.

If you mean orders, Platoon Officers can give orders. By Commands I thought you meant Company Command Squads.

Yeah, based on the new 'limitations', there are still a lot of options within the platoon itself that makes the army even nastier than losing Armoured Fist squads and the UNIT Leman Russ Battle Tank (I still don't agree with the 'ruling', but dems da breaks.)

Gwar, in this case you are technically wrong even by the RAW. Unlike the "Armored Fist Squad" option, which does not exist by name any more, Leman Russ Battle Tanks still exist by name. Since the Demonhunter codex is the codex that takes precedence when using the allies rules, the RAW in that codex allows you to take up to one LRBT. Since the unit "Leman Russ Battle Tank" still exists, the fact that in the IG codex it doesn't appear as a unique entry is a rather moot point.
EDIT: to add further credence to my interpretation of the RAW in this case, note that the rules in the DH codex state "the following units may be taken" and not "you have access to these unit entries..." The word "units" is, in this case, just as un-restrictive as it appears in the BGB, and therefore allows for the selection of a LRBT, as it is in fact a "unit" with rules.

Yeah, and what's the unit called in the Army List? Ya know the bit with all the points? It is a Leman Russ Squadron, Not a Leman Russ battle Tank. There are no Points for a Unit Called "Leman Russ Battle Tank", only Leman Russ Squadron. Therefore, you cannot take it. Of course, you can claim the Unit Entry lets you buy it, but as there are no Points in the Unit Entry, you cannot buy the unit.

Wrong.
The unit entry "leman russ squadron" is irrelevant to the discussion.
The unit "Leman Russ Battle Tank" has a full set of rules, appears independently in the codex twice, and a single one can be purchased for a specified number of points.
The DH codex only refers to the unit "Leman Russ Battle Tank." Since this unit appears exactly as named for a specified point value with specifically stated upgrades means that DH armies can still take one.
EDIT: The DH codex takes precedence as the core codex.

No, that is the unit that a Leman Russ Battle Tank belongs to. A Leman Russ Battle Tank as a unit does not exist anymore. Like the Armored Fist, it no longer exists. The only way to get a Leman Russ Battle Tank is to take a Leman Russ squadron, which the Daemonhunters cannot do.

Essentially, the DH codex provides the unit entry, which you are mistakenly identifying as the entry that appears in the IG codex.
The "Leman Russ Squadron" unit entry is unique to the IG codex, not referenced by the DH codex, and therefore is irrelevant.
The rules and upgrade options listed there for the LRBT are not.

As neither an IG player or a DH player I think I can be impartial here. Removing the option for a LRBT just because they changed the name of the unit from Leman Russ Battle Tank to Leman Russ Squadron is a really harsh interpretation of the RAW. I don't know of a person alive (except for some on this board) that would argue against taking a single Russ for DH as a unit choice. The rules are still there in the IG codex, and anyone can tell that it's RAI. Why gimp an already crippled army list?
I agree that a strict RAW ruling would force the unit deleted, but I don't know anyone who would play that way. Why be so heavy handed when it's quite clear how to handle this in a RAI sense.

Sort of correct. It is relevant because it's the unit that Leman Russ Battle Tanks are a part of. A Leman Russ Battle Tank is not its own unit in the IG codex.

They're irrelevant because they are part of the "Leman Russ squadron". The Daemonhunter codex tells you that you may take a Leman Russ Battle Tank [b]unit[/i] from codex IG. That unit does not exist.
Would I play this way? Of course not. That doesn't mean that it's not the correct RaW meaning.

They aren't equal. That's why you can't take a Leman Russ Battle Tank in an IG army. A Leman Russ Battle Tank UNIT does not exist!

I'm wondering if this is a comedy routine.
no one is arguing a Leman Russ Squadron is equal to a Leman Russ Battle Tank. We are arguing that a Leman Russ Battle Tank is equal to a Leman Russ Battletank. It's clearly described on page 48 of the IG codex. Leman Rus Battle Tank - 150 pts per model, Leman Russ Battle Tank BS 3 F 14 S 13 R 10 Wargear = Battle Cannon. I don't understand what the problem is here?
