K this is probably impossible , but worth a try asking ! so many people maybe someone have seen it before.

I dont know the name ( thats why im here lol ) so i'll do my best to discribe it.

The whole film is an animation based on a black background . Its very psychedelic and lots of the movements have an after glow. Have song , but no speech i think.
I dont really know the story , but all i know is a crow is envy of a phoenix , and tries to put on all these feathers and try to imitate one.

Then a real phoenix came along and is captured by a king and locked in a palace ( seems arabic )

Lets see if anyone can solve this! xD

Yeah, they are furry movies but in the history of film making they are important movies. The first x rated animated feature film in the US and it also tackled a large amount of the social issues in the late 60's and early 70's.
