Well, there is a trade-off between more small Raider squads or less larger Raider squads.
I'd prefer the 2nd variant as some Warriors should survive from a crashed Raider.

That's kinda what I was going to go with. Mainly for the buffer between crash/explosion deaths and my special weapons.

I'm going to select Army B, everything else is intellectual babbling and questions about your army builds that you may feel free to ignore if all you were hoping for was simple answers. I think Army B is the more survivable and competitive looking of the pair in a tourney setting)

I agree with wuestenfux (he of the awkward name to type) as regards the higher number of Warriors in your squads - partly it works to help offset your losses from a crash and also, if you're choosing to pay out for an Agoniser, then your squad probably should be beefy enough to actually defeat things in assault. Also, the inclusion of the Dracite is smart, as they are superior to the Dracon in every way if being used without a Retinue.

I'm a little curious as to your goal with the Wyches. You only have one squad of them and it's absorbing a lot of points. If you're planning to use it to assault/tarpit things I'd save points and not give them the Haywire grenades (tank busting is for Dark Lances after all). I'm also a little surprised by the Drug Dispenser for the Succubus - is there a particular drug you feel is vital for that Wych to have? (+1 A I'm guessing, with the Goblet and Agoniser) Would you ever risk taking a second drug? I'm not a big fan of the Goblet (especially since with it and Plasma Grenades you're lessening your chances of getting a useful drug roll vs. many armies) but with the Goblet and such a large Wych squad (I'm a fan of 7 man squads for Wyches) aren't you a little worried about wiping out whatever you assault and then being blasted with small arms fire on your opponent's turn? That's an expensive unit to let a tactical squad gun it to death.

Finally, you might want to consider floating in at least one Ravager with Dissys as that will help you greatly when opposing horde armies like Orks and Nids and Vect and the gunboats could use the support in that situation.
