I love the style of that rifle slung across the back in that first picture. bell shaped barrel ending? Completely over the top classic Fallout look right there.

Those look like energy weapons. Since my first character I made once I had a good grasp of the game was an energy weapon type, I will be required to get this.

That release date is for PC and 360 owners only.
PS3 release date is unknown as of yet, but the DLC for the PS3 is supposed to be showing up in Sept I believe.
The PC/360 Game of the Year edition of Fallout 3 [which has all FIVE dlcs included comes] out in Orktober.

Yeah, frikkin Bethesda. But at least they're making DLC for PS3 owners unlike ES IV, with the fortresses and additional houses you can get.
