Guardsman with Flashlight

As I have looked more and more into Black Templar, I am struck by the combat potential of their Sword Brethren Terminators with Lightning Claws. They can:
-Get Furious Charge (so S5 I5 on the charge) as veteran skill
-Always re-roll wounds and can alway re-roll to hit with "Accept Any Challenge".. all this without needing a character attached.
-Can use a Marshal's Ld 10 for Morale Checks.
-Can fit 8 in a LR Crusader, which can me made immune to Bright/Dark Lances and which is a dedicated transport (leaving HS slots free). Also, BT Land Raiders can get smoke with the old rules (i.e. all glancing hits for one turn, so almost guarantee it cannot be destroyed that turn, unless it gets multiple immobilized/weapons destroyed results or AP1 weapons roll 6s on damage table)
All in all, while a little pricey, this strikes me as one of the premiere CC units in the game, especially if they can get the charge (a likely event with their LRC ride). Throw in a few TH equipped Termies for anti-Vehicle work (S9 against armor due to Furious Charge) and they seem to have few weaknesses.
Any thoughts on this from veteran BT players/opponents?
I have been thinking about a BT list based around a "Braveheart" theme (i.e. EC= William Wallace, Crusader Squads=Highland warriors, Sword brethern = Wallace's bodyguard of "super" Highlanders, Attack Bikes = Highland light cavalry, etc.)... I think SM with Kilts, Woad blue faces, Tartan patterned Power armor, etc. might be pretty interesting theme wise and BT seem to follow the theme from a tactical perspective... i.e. powerful basic CC infantry with supporting troops for firepower/maneuver roles.

Congratulations, your dismissive and conclusory commentary has provided nothing to this discussion or the wider community on whose behalf you arrogantly presume to speak nor does it engage in any meaningful way the remark it lamely targets. But you did manage to gain experience points toward your next level of internet tough guy. |

If I didn't run a Deathwing-ish army, I'd probably run a BT army. Their terminators just sound like they kick ass. Two heavy weapons in each 5 man term squad? The CC options you just outlined? Now if only BT had a commander that made terms troops...

The funny thing is, if you max out on Terminators in a BT list, you can take more than Deathwing can. 2 Huge terminator command squads and 3 10 man squads. Templar Wing is scary.
