Can this list be used either as allies or as inducted marines?

-2 X Assualt Squad

Any problems?

Page 30 of Codex Daemonhunters tells you what allied Marines you can take (there is no such thing as 'inducted' Marines) and which codex that you can take them from. The short answer is a 'no' to your entire list.

You could of course take a blood angels army with Allied Inquisitorial units instead of the opposite way around, letting you take those units.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

Yup if you want a Blood Angel/Inquisition army you need to take the WH/GK as allies to a BA army, not the other way around.
Strange but true.

Okay, but would this list still be viable if I took witch hunters as allies? (And could I fit in Canoness or Sistas, or is there a rule against that?)

I can't say how viable the list would be...

As for the Canoness and sisters, why don't you check the grey box on page 25 of the WH codex? It tells you exactly how many WH units you may have. (Or in short, yes to both)

Ok play BA and then take the GK as Allies I do it all the time when I play larger points games and need to combine my armies. It is quite fun to be able to run DC with DH Terminators.

I know what you mean, there... Doing the same thing but with BT, myself.
I believe Blood Angels are melee-oriented like Templars are, or even more, right?
Having SoB support can't be bad as thore as more shooty-oriented, could help balance things.
It's what I'm going for, anyway.
You could grab like a Canoness... Celestian (possibly as retinue), Battle Sister squads x2, Dominion or Seraphim.

Here's a funny question:

Say I take Witchhunters with an Imperial Guard army.

I take a Sisters of Battle Squad.......the codex says any troops choices can take a transport. Could I throw in a landraider with the sisters squad?

Just checking

Battle Sister squads can only ride in Rhino's.
Other Sister of Battle units (Celestians, Dominions) can also have an Immolator if 6 or less.
The only unit that can have a LR is the Inquisitor Lord+Retinue.
Troops can take A transport, just not ANY transport, unfortunately. Refer to each entry!

Funny you should bring this up, I've been meaning to try running Creed + Grey Knight terminators in land raider.

1st turn terminator assault...that could get ugly (for my opponents).

I have a question, if you take allied witch hunter units, using BA or SM as the parent army, do the witch hunter units lose their ability to use acts of faith?

No only thing you lose is the ability to take things as heavy support (some things may also be take as D.transports so may still be taken)

Yep, you just don't get many faith points so use them well!
