I have a 2500 no special character tourney coming up and hit upon this for my NGs to really give my opponents a trying time.
Essentially want to minimise psych.
Make so many targets the enemy will have no where to focus an attack and hit him like a ton of squigs...

Gotta love fanatics, unless they are swinging around through your own units ofc hehe. nice list, im pretty new at warhammer, so cant help with anything, but does seem like you said open to pysch tests. but a fun list never the less

I am really curious at how this army will work. Could you get some pics and a battle report or two?

I'd certainly be tempted to go for a Night or straight-Goblin Warboss rather than a lvl 4 Shaman. His Ld would come in quite useful. I'm currently working on a NG force myself but am mulling over taking a Gobbo Warboss for his LD 8.

Other than that I'm confused by your use of bullies in an almost all-gobbo force....
