Hy every one.About Attack bike: this is the attack bike wargear:

*War Gear: Power armour; Bolt pistol; Frag and krak grenades; Space Marine bike; Heavy Bolter(or MM +10points)

WS B S S T W I A Ld Sv
Attack Bike 4 4 4 4(5) 2 4 2 8 3+

In the close combat phase: The Attack bike has 2 attacks+ 1 attack for the bolt pistol+1 if they charge=corect?

In the Shooting Phase:

RULES BOOK Shooting
"Each bike in a unit may fire one weapon for each rider on the bike. Thus a Space Marin attack Bike with a driver and passager in sidecar can fire two weapons"(they are relentless)

This means I can fire two wepons in the shooting phase,BUT witch one? Can I fire the MM 2 times? or The MM one time and the bolt time one time?(is the bolt pistol twi-linked- it looks like a twi-linked boltgun on the Attack bike model)

So what do you think?
it's not at the rules discussion because we debate-beacuse the rule it's above, but not very clear

The codex forgot to put in the fact that marine bikes come with twin-linked bolt guns. If you look under the scout bike entry you'll see them mentioned (but only because you have the option to replace one with a grenade launcher).

Shooting phase with your attack bike is TL-bolter and your heavy weapon. Bolt pistol is wargear for the marine and gives you a ccw. For regular bikes it's what gets replaced to upgrade to a flamer, fist etc.
Attack bike has two attacks because there are two marines on it, 3 attacks if you're assaulting because it's still a single model.

BTW, this should be in the rules section.

The pistol does not grant +1 attacks as you don't have another ccw. They only have it because ALL marines have one.

3 attacks on the charge.
2 if charged.

It didn't forget.. it lists the marine bike in the wargear. TL bolters are standard on a marine bike.

Thus, an attack bike, which has 2 bolt pistols, a heavy weapon (either heavy bolter or multimelta, depending on what you take), and a twin linked bolter. You can choose any two to fire. Bikes are relentless (also standard in the marine bike entry), so you're an idiot if you ever fire a bolt pistol. Bolt pistols are for pistol-whipping in CC. Since you have two marines with a pistol each, the model is given two attacks instead of one. This is NOT representative of an extra CCW, it's simply that the model's stats account for having two riders; thus two wounds and two attacks.

Where? it is listed only in BA attack bike.
Maybe only the BA attack bike have TL boltgun, and the other have pistols

nywya found it..in the wargear section...corect good job.Still does this mean I can fire both Multi Melta?heavy bolter AND the TL Boltgun? or do I have to choose witch one?

Of course they are but the codex doesn't mention that on the page that has the stats. Why count a bike as wargear when all they had to say was that the TL bolter was wargear, it's obvious the bike is present as the entry is for the bike. It's not like there's a rule that allows the rider to fight on foot. It's badly written.

All marines have one because it's a ccw. It's irrelevant for the question anyway but from a fluff perspective it says that marines on bikes shoot their pistols when in close.

but if its wargear, then you have to have it, unless it can be taken from it leagally in some capacity, eg, upgrade/downgrade. in this case, you can't upgrade/downgrade the bike, so it is easier to put the bike in the armoury, because special characters can have them as well, put all their rules in the armoury and just put bike in the wargear
