hey guys i was wondering what suggestions you would make for gearing an ork warboss
i got eavy armour bionic bonce but what weapon combo would be good.
power claw and skorch? or a choppa and a slugga? any ideas would be appreciated

you can't go wrong with a Power Klaw.
I use a combi-skorcha too or a little extra punch.
add an attack squig to the bundle and you're looking at 125pts of nasty hurt.

Foot Warboss:
PK, Squig, Eavy armour. Thats all you really need.
For a biker boss, take of the Eavy armour and give him a warbike.

Power Klaws are mandatory. There's no point taking a Big Choppa, even if it is S7, when you can have an S10 powerfist on a WS5 model.
I'd also recommend taking an Attack Squig to make up for the loss of the CCW+pistol attack, and a kombi-skorcha would be a nice addition too.

Power Klaw is a must, Boss Pole too...And a huge retinue of Nobz  One thing you should definately NOT give him is Mega-Armour. Yeah sure, 2+ Armour Save, but most bricks can move faster than him, and you want to get the Boss into the fray as quickly as possible!!

Actually, Mega-Armour on the boss ain't bad. Nothing wrong with a nice 2+ save. Combine it with cybork body and a Painboy, and that's one tough Warboss. Of course, you can just take Ghazghkull instead.

And if you mount a mega armor mob in either a trukk or BW then you can quite easily get them into CC on the 2nd turn.

MY Warboss:
Mega-armour, cybork body, bosspole, attack squig.
Sure he limps along from time to time( but with three dice it isn't a huge problem) but no self-respecting warboss is gonna show up to a fight in weedy armour if there s a suit of mega-armour to be had...

He'll have a power klaw and shoota/skorcha, bringing him up to 135 pts.
