Hi Warhammer Fantasy folks,

This amazing Wyvern with Orc rider has been floating around the net for a long while, but scuttlebutt says it will be making its way to the shelves in the first half of September, after some alterations to allow for mass production were made. She sure is a beauty.

~Now rules may be something else, but that's for you players to decide.

If that is a GeeW model, wow. Looks impressive to me. IMHO

Unfortunate face on that orc, but very cool to see a new wyvern. He too has a bit of a butterface thing going on, would be nice to see the beast's profile ...

Hi ;

This is not the new azhag. This is the unreleased resin azhag.
The new azhag will have some difference with the pics you have posted. ( he did have some problem to be casted without problem in palstic, so I think the beautiful base will be deleted, etc ... ).
But there is no pics of the new azhag now.

Does the crown still make him stupid? That would explain the face. Lovely Wyvern.

These pictures have been on warseer for quite a while. With a release date.

Personally I like it more than the old boss on wyvern but it isn't stopping me from sculpting my own instead.

You've seen it before, you just forgot about it. That's an Alex Hedström sculpt from 2006 or thereabouts, and the first pics of it surfaced at that time.

The wyvern will be excellent for all the Black Orc Warbosses with Shagga's Sword on wyverns you see in O&G lists...

I think it has a moon-shaped head so if anything it's a tribute to the moon (Morrslieb?) and Azhag's battiness. I like how his wings are positioned, it's different (in a good way).
