What hapens when the other player puts everything in reserve 1st turn?

Or has 5 AP2-AP3 Pie plates? Why are you mixing plasma and melta's in your bike squads? It'll probably be ok in KP missions assuming you don't get tabled. Only 4 scoring units (assuming combat squading) and 2 of them have to be used hyper aggressive for the list to perform which will put them a bad spot to take casualties.

I agree mixing weapons is a no-no. Go all melta. Also the vanguard are not worth it. They get shot by bolter fire and are gone well any amount of fire and there dead. Too expensive. A 3plus save with only one wound wont last long.
