Hi, I'm a relatively new Imperial Guard player, having just assembled my 1000 point force and i wanted to join a forum to see how others go about playing, painting and all the other aspects of the hobby. i am also a terrible painter (i am too ashamed to post my army pictures) 
my real passion lies in conversion, and i have often bought a box of, say guardsmen, but made them totally different. I also like to use non- GW minis and accessories, such as the Pig Iron productions heads i put on my guardsmen. erm, i can't think of anything else, so yeah, that's it!
