Here's the plan:
1) Each Fire Dragon Squad sits inside a Falcon, (with Fuegan in one) and deep strikes.
2) The Falcons murder the infantry, and the Dragons hop out and kill the tanks.
3) The Wave serpent deep strikes with the Striking Scorpions inside.
4) Scorpions add some Close Combat punch, while the Wave Serpent's lance takes out 14 Armour vehicles, like Land Raiders.
5) The Jetbikers sit on the Objectives and defend them against attacks.
Here's the list:
1502 Points
HQ)
Fuegan – 205 pts
ELITES)
Fire Dragons – 100 pts
5 Men, Exarch, Firepike
Fire Dragons – 100 pts
5 Men, Exarch, Firepike
Striking Scorpions – 182 pts
10 men, Exarch, biting blade, stalker
+Wave serpent – 135 pts
Bright Lance
TROOPS)
Jetbike Squadron – 250 pts
10 bikes, 3 shuriken cannon
Jetbike Squadron – 250 pts
10 bikes, 3 shuriken cannon
HEAVY SUPPORT)
Falcon – 140 pts
Shuriken Cannon, Scatter Laser
Falcon – 140 pts
Shuriken Cannon, Scatter Laser

Hi there 1. Falcons and Wave serpents can not deep strike, the only unit that can do this in our army are hawks and spiders 2. Scorpions are nice, but depending on who You are fighting with I would consider taking banshees (great for killing marines) and also droping the fuegan instead seer with doom (have to have one , You can also give him guide and cast in on a dragons so You are sure that what they shoot at dies (there is nothing worse than firing at carnifex and rolling four 2 and one 3 :( 3. Drop the shuriken cannons from the falcons, probably You will be moving more than 6 inches a turn and since they aren't defensive weapons You will have to fire either the pulse lasser or them 4. Jetbikes are nice BUT they have only 12 inches of range and do not have the bladestorm maybe dire avenger woudl be nice ?? only one squad ? please ? 5. I do not know if the exarch and the firepike is worth the points ? 6. Have I mentioned dire avengers ?? they are great and have a bs of 4 7. Dire avengers have bladestorm 8. With who You will be playing ?

Ah, no! No deep strike? Rats! I thought because they were skimmers... Apparently not. Well, that stuffs up the battleplan. I agree with you about the Dire Avengers, and I reckon I'll trade in the Scorpions for some jump infantry like hawks, or maybe some howling banshees, like you say.
I'll probably be playing chaos, so yes, probably the banshees. Automatically Appended Next Post: Thanks!

If You will be playing chaos then IN THE NAME OF LOVE AND ALL THAT IS HOLLY do not use swooping hawks, I have never seen any Eldar army that uses them because they ... suck, they weapon is worthless and the ability to drop a granade on a foe is just not worth it, or if You think about using them to pop up the tanks then... well then do not use them as well because they will be shot to death . Spiders on the other hand are quite nice, since You can deep strike it behind enemy tanks and try to blow it to pieces and then teleport away. Maybe You should consider using wraithlord with sword and starcannon (and of course flamers), Personally it is one of my favourite units.
What chaos You are fighting marines or daemons ?

If you are fighting chaos strongly consider taking a farseer instead of Fuegen. A farseer with runes of warding can really cripple the chaos power lash, which is fairly common in chaos lists.
Fire dragons are better served to be suing serpents for their transport since the energy field stops melta effects and melta is a big part of most army's AT now. Serpents are also cheaper than falcons and since the weapon is TL its not too bad of a shooter as well. There isnt a lot of purpose for an exarch with firepike, take an extra dragon instead.
Dire avengers are a much more solid troop choice, in a serpent they offer a solid punch too.

Why does my eldar army run three fire prisms? Because the rules wont let me use four in (regular 40k). |

Jetpack infantry, massed lasfire, grenade packs, hit on 4+ against vehicles, deep strike..
Hawks are good. My Eldar opponent plays his almost every game, and they always make their points back, apart from when I play him
Like all units in the Eldar 'dex, if you use them right they rock. If you use them even slightly left of perfect, they will fail spectacularly.
They're a good unit, if you want to use them, go for it.

Jump infantry not jet pack, they hit on 4+ only IF You buy exarch for them en buy exarch powers, I consider warp spiders higly superior to them. Hawks just die to easily, they may be good for armies with T3 without any 3+ save (like daemons, not nurgle obviously) otherwise it is a loos of points
"Like all units in the Eldar 'dex" - have You seen anyone properly using wraithguards ??

I'm just going to toss it out there that the MOST competitive possible Eldar lists don't use fast attack either. The core looks something like this:
-Seer Council on Jetbikes
-2x Dire Avengers in Transports
-1+ Fire Dragons (buy them a Falcon)
And use the rest of the points to flavour from there (Fire Prisms, more dire avengers, more council, 2nd council, etc.)

Q: How many of a specific demographic group are required to carry out a simple task?
A: An arbitrary number. One to carry out the task in question, and the remainder to act in a manner stereotypical of the group.

Wraithguard are rough to use well, since they cost so much. But there are a few good uses for them.
If you know you are going to be playing against necrons then 5 wraithguard in a serpent make an excellent monolith killer.
A full squad of wraithguard is a troop choice, so in an elfzilla list they make a nice foundation for you castle.
A strictly fun (noncompetitive) unit is 10 wraithguard, a conceal warlock and Karandas. A thread in YMTC pointed out that IC such as karandas add +1 to the cover save of their unit, so the guard unit will have a 4+ cover save in open terrain. Its far too costly in points but can really surprise people. One of my most enjoyable games of late was using this unit and eldrad (eldrad repositioning the guard after deployments) to fortune the guard, then running the guard and extra d6 towards the opponents objective.
Eldar fast attack choices are a problem because they are argueably among the weakest choices in the list. Heavy support battery and wraithguard plus the 4 fast choices would probably be the bottom 6 choices in the entire list.

No fast attack?
This is no contraction for an Eldar army.
Fuegan will go with one unit of Fire Dragons and will be exposed to heavy return fire. This will kill him no matter what.
