Been Around the Block

Total n00b to WHFB here, I have some questions..

1) Say a unit with a character charges. It's a failed charge. Can the character - after the charge is finished - change location in the block?

2) flaming head spell. Does the character casting this spell need LOS where he's drawing the line?

3) Bound spells / prayers. I'm thinking warrior priest of sigmar here - he has a bunch of remains in play prayers, Does praying for a power in a magic phase cancel a remains in play prayer from last round? If so, why does the arch lector get the ability to pray twice a round?

That's what I have right now - THANKS!

1) I would say no, as the unit has already moved the entire allowance for that turn

2) no LOS needed. Pick a spot

3) Unless otherwise noted doing anything else cancels RIP. No idea if they are an exception...

Seconded, all sounds right to me. Well at least it's how we play it.

RE: Arch Lectors: Not all Prayers are RiP, thus an Arch Lector can cast a non-RiP Prayer, followed by one that IS RiP. Or, if the enemy dispells the first RiP attempt, he can attempt another one (a different one, I believe).
