quick question. Is it possible for a flamer or any weapon that uses the flamer template to hit models that are inside a bastion? I know "Kings of the castle" states that models inside the bunker can't be targeted for assault until the bastion is destroyed. Does this make it so flamers can't be used against models inside if fired through a firing port? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

-edit- So you know this is in regards to Planet Strike.

IIRC (no book handy), a flamer template causes 1d6 hits to the unit inside the bastion, as the flames flicker in through the gun-slits etc.

Using flamers on a Bastion is not targeting a unit inside, even if they are hit.

P.80 is where you find that rule. 1d6 hits against a unit inside a building, and the building takes one as well.
