Is their an independent website which tells you which Citadel Colour corresponds/ matches with which Vallejo Colour?

Also, in the Vallejo website you can find equivalencies charts for GW, Rackham and Reaper.
http://www.acrylicosvallejo.com/ Select English, Game Color, scroll down and click on "Color Chart" and "Equivalencies".

Silicon Dragon's Color Chart is a great way to match across a ton of different brands and product lines.
Just select from the drop downs (Citadel is under GW in case you kept missing it like me).
