How does the Tally Man rule work with Necrons WBB?

Say I kill 5 necrons, do I get 5 kills to the tally then? or do I wait after WBB?

The two thoughts I have come to is:
A. Casualties from shooting and assault are taken into effect immediatelty for morale
B. Those two instances require immediate action wereas the tally man is at the begginning of theDemon player turn

We'll be back

"Any Necron model that is reduced to 0 wounds, or would otherwise be removed as a casualty, remains on the tabletop and is laid on it's side to show that it's damaged. Damaged Necrons are ignored completely for all normal game purposes such as unit coherency, measuring ranges, calculating whether other units can self-repair and so on - they are debris only"

Seeing as it says the Necron is only damaged, and not removed as a casualty, and it also says that you ignore damaged Necrons for all normal game purposes leaves me to believe that you get your kill tally after the Necron fails it's WBB. However, if it's based off of wounds, instead of casualties than you'd get your tally when the Necrons fall down, and before their WBB. It all depends on how the tally man rule is worded, I don't have that army's codex, so I couldn't tell you for sure. Maybe you could quote the rule?

The rule is "...keep track of all models killed by followers of Nurgle..." In order for a model to be killed, I believe it must be removed as a casualty not just take a wound. Otherwise you would be able to "kill" a SM Captain 3 times before it actually is a casualty.

Currently Play/Own
= 3500 = 3500 = 4000 = 2500 = 1000 = 500 = 3000 = 2000 = 1000 = 2500 = 1500

So in this case then my above statement stands. The ability activates when a necron fails it's WBB
