As for a flash game version of 40k, that sounds like it would have to be ludicrously complex. Even if it did work, I know VASSAL is getting shut down and it would suffer a similar fate.

While the abbreviation "app" is present in this thread, Brother SRM gains the "Furious Charge", "Rage", "Fearless", and "Feel No Pain" special rules.

GW would knock that thing down and bury it deeper than the Dark Eldar if it were ever made.
