Okay I thought I remembered that you need two magical hand weapons to get the bonus attack, my opponent said otherwise. We both looked in the rulebook and rulebook FAQ and couldn't find it so we went with any two hand weapons magic or otherwise gives an extra attack. Did we overlook or miss it? A page number please.

Question is unclear... You can't get more than one magical weapon with only a very small number of exceptions (Hellebron maybe) so this shouldn't come up.

p 121 BRB: "No character may carry more than one magic weapon."

In addition, you cannot combine a magic weapon with a mundane hand weapon for an extra attack. Again, p 121 BRB:

"A character that has a magic close combat weapon cannot use any other close combat weapons, although it may carry a shield as normal."

UNLESS the magic weapons description specifically states "Counts as hand weapon", in which case it CAN be used in conjunction with a mundane hand weapon for the extra attack.

Jin - even if it says "hand weapon" you may NOT combine it with another hand weapon UNLESS it states so.

What it would mean is you can get the extra +1 handweapon and shield bonus

In order to get the +1 attack, you have to have two mundane hand weapons. Same goes for the HW/Shield combo.

No, in order to get HW + Shield you must have...a handweapon and a shield.

If your magicla weapon states "Handweapon" then guess what, it's a handweapon AS WELL AS something magical.

What stops you getting the +1A is that you need an additional rule that lets you use another handweapon with it. You can still get the parry bonus without this line, as long as you have the "hand weapon" rule in the magic weapon.

The magical "handweapon" works with the shield but doesn't get the +1 attack with a mundane weapon unless it specifically says so...page 121

So would a keeper of Secrets get +1 Attack for have it base hand weapon and a tormentor blade, since their weapons aren't magical?

No. Nothing stacks with a magical weapon unless is specifically says it does in the weapon entry. It's not like 40k

Daemon weapons aren't magical weapons, it says they are not treated as such.

Why not the keeper comes with one hand weapon and Tormentor Blade adds another hand weapon, so he has two hand weapons.

Because this isn't 40k and those aren't mundane hand weapons.

They reflect a particular ability of the daemon in question rather than something it carries. These are normally described in a manner that weak minds can comprehend such as swords, armor...- paraphrased from FAQ, check it out

The Torment Blade is different. The rule from the bottom of page 94 of the Daemon Armybook states....

"Hand Weapon. A model that suffers an unsaved wound from the Torment Blade may not strike during that close combat phase unless it passes a Leadership test."

Other Daemonic Gifts like the Firestorm blade are not classified as a hand weapon and are simply an ability.

The FAQ states that Gifts can work together with mundane items. Its example is flail + balesword= +2Strength and D6 wounds.

So Kepper has one hand weapon and the Torment Blade adds anothe giving two hand weapons thus an extra attack.

The problem with that is that Arinnoor, the Torment Blade REPLACES the standard hand weapon that is carried by the Keeper. Unless it states: Additional Hand Weapon, it is a regular hand weapon, and will replace your current one.
