I have decided to come up witha 1000pt list for Summer if War:

I'm not sure about the GK Termies, I could drop one and give the Grand Master a Psycannon and the Justicars Melta Bombs w/ 6pts left.

Any other suggestions? Criticism will be taken into account as well!!

Hello army brother.
The first bad point i see in your list is of course, you only have 10 GK as basic troops.... That's really low.
My opinion is put down the Grand Master and the terminator squad, and switch it by a brother chaptain and more PAGK.

The result can be like:

Brother chaptain: 61p

8 PAGK w/ incinerator: 235p

8 PAGK w/ incinerator: 235p

6 PAGK w/ psycannon: 200p

GK Dreadnought w/ TL Lascannon and smoke: 133p

GK Dreadnought w/ TL Lascannon and smoke: 133p

Total 997

You have 3 more points to put for example Auspex to the Psycannon unit, or targeters to know allways if you are in range to fire a enemy unit.
