How much do the 40K Tournaments cost and where do you sign up?

Will there be comp pairings and comp scoring for the 40k team tourney and the 40k RTT?

If it's anything like the GT it's a checklist system and the only thing comp will be used for is to set up the matchups. But I could be wrong. Most likely they won't put any comp in as it would take to much extra time and they would need the army lists to early.

I might make it out to this.

I have not been to LA in a while and it will be a lot cheaper than BolsCon that I was thinking about going to on the same weekend.

Need to find a partner though.
