im thinking yes if they are combat squaded but again just wanted to make sure since it came up in a game today

If Im reading mah codex Right then yes they can from the book

Trasports

the squad may take a rhino or razorback as a dedicated trasport

No mention of squad size of course the razorback can still only transport 6 models and they cant break unit coherancy but combat squads means yes they should be able to I'll look into this with more depth soon

Another question can you mount a tac squad in two razorbacks less than 2 away from each other?

No. A squad must be entirely in one transport or entirely out of it.

A squad cannot be split after the game starts.

as far as the question i originally had...thanx for the insight on the razorback

and the question you proposed the entry from the tac squad says you can only take one transport...however i dont see why you couldnt do that if you had 2 tac squads...but then that would be pretty much useless since you will have 2 combat squads in each with the 2 tac squads

edit for statement made by kirsanth

according to the combat squad entry indicates that the process of combat squading takes place during deployment and i might not be understanding what was said so far...so another question about all this

if the full tac squad is combat squaded during the deployment why would one combat squad not be able to be deployed in a razorback and the other squad be deployed somewhere else since they will effectively be 2 sqauds during deployment?

Once split, they are two squads. That is why I said added "after deployment".
Does that help, or did I miss something?
