I've just put up the latest release with a few new features...

Edit count message is now just above the signature line
Oversized images will now be automatically shrunk to the width of your browser, so you'll never have to mess around with scrollbars on a thread again, even in IE6 (hurrah!)
The search indexes are being reworked so the search will never vanish again. Once it gets rebuilt this time, it will never vanish on an upgrade or new release without me specifically deleting it.
Fixed a bug in the dakka code parsing
Made linking to attachments much more efficient
Took a few more steps to reduce the chance of double posts (they will still happen but should be even more infrequent now).

No they aren't. Haven't you fixed it for Firefox yet?

People are like dice, a certain Frenchman said that. You throw yourself in the direction of your own choosing. People are free because they can do that. Everyone's circumstances are different, but no matter how small the choice, at the very least, you can throw yourself. It's not chance or fate. It's the choice you made.

Care to post an example so we can all see if it works or not?

Yeah there is a minor bug where it doesnt do it on load which was a bug I managed to introduce as a consequence of fixing some other bugs. Until I get the trigger added to the right place, you can still have it automatically resize by resizing your browser window (switching from full screen to windowed and back again will do the trick).

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Oh and you can stop mentioning firefox cheese, it is all I test on, I just double check things in IE, KHTML and Opera - all actual usage and the majority of testing I do is in firefox.

It still isn't working for me. I'm sure it's not a problem on my end, as I've cleared my cookies and temporary internet files, which normally fixes things like this on other forums when they get upgraded.

It doesn't work for me but I'm on the Wii looking at this so it's probably that. I can also only use quick reply on the Wii, no edits, quotes or new threads. But if I need to do that I just go on the PC.

I've not fixed the glitch yet so it will only work for a few people right now.

Should be working for everyone now. If not then do a full cache refresh (or just wait a week for it to refresh automatically).

oops, fix one thing, break another. It is just because I was working on something in that area at the same time I'll get that fixed again the next time I do a proper release.
