Don't know if you all were aware, but the 40k webcomic Turn Signals on a Land Raider ended this morning after almost 6 years.

The author ran into some issues with GW IP, and wasnt able to sell artbooks of the comic- so he is shutting the site down. Today marked the last comic, and it's only a matter of time before the site disappears too.

If you've never read the comic here's the url : http://tsoalr.com/

A sad day for us all.

For the ruination of the Emperor's foes, I commit your body and soul to battle. Strike down upon those that defy His divine will, go forth and lay the blood of our enemies at the Emperor's feet."

A decent prospect that got mired in its own history way too fast. The last couple of years were funny maybe once every three weeks - too much Turn Signals on a Land Raider and not enough Warhammer humour. Thankfully there are better comics out there: Servants of the Imperium, for example.

Well, it was great while it lasted... and it was a lot better than that wannabe 40k flavor of Cyanide & Happiness ever was.

Things I've gotten other players to admit...

It was rather good, probably the best warhammer based webcomic out there (*grumble*stupid GW and thier overzelous IP*grumble*)
Really, i think they missed a trick by not getting allowing him to carry on, provided he did a strip for White Dwarf or something

[OT] - Dronze, what on earth did C&H ever have to do with 40k - its all vastly innapropate (and highly amuseing) AIDs jokes

I think Dronze is talking about Servants of the Imperium.

Goto a comic. Right-click, save-as.
Repeat 667 times.

It's going to be VERY boring.
