Would it be possible to make it so you can search for threads and not just posts. With only posts comming up it gets annoying trying to find the right things... Knowing me there is a way to do this already and im just being dumb. If there is a way please let me know

I often wonder why this hasn't been implemented myself. It's extremely annoying when I'm looking for that thread on the Slaaneshi Soulgrinder and instead of being able to find it by typing in 'Slaanesh 40k army WIP', I have to type in 'penis' and rummage through hundreds of replies with that word in them until I find it.

It's very frustrating sometimes.

Ok so then there is no way to do it? Makes me feel less stupid. I expected someone to come on and say. When you click search. Click Search threads only... But I feel better now... So yeah, it would be really helpful

I remmeber way back when I got my first flyer I needed to know how to use brass rods to make it actually fly. Ended up going through like 20 pages of Brass rod search and gave up... Im sure its in here somewhere cause I had read it before but I still to this day have not seen it again. Ohh well. Just my thought... and Cheese too

Search indeed sucks right now, but it is still quite a ways off from being updated/fixed. For now I can only recommend using google site search to search dakka in more detail / specifics. Dakka has been getting bigger and bigger so my development time is currently focused on optimisation rather than new features and will be for quite a few months I'm afraid.
