The Havoc Launcher almost turns a Chaos Rhino into a Razorback, and adds some interesting options for the other vehicles. At what point do you start adding Havoc Launchers, and how many is too many in an army, and what vehicles benefit the most from them? I've noticed alot of mention of them and I think it's worthy of it's own discussion.
If you are playing mech chaos, it can get pretty expensive with your arleady expensive cult troops to start adding havocs to everything, but like say for a vindicator, it's one other thing that makes the tank dangerous after the main cannon is destroyed. (Of course, possession is almost mandatory on Vindi's, making the Havoc Launcher less effective, but still.)
