Does a chaos sorc on a disk count as a monster (chargers align to him, 90 LSO) or a skirmisher (you alight to chargers, 360 LOS)

To my knowledge, it counts as neither: The Disk does not count as a Monster, but being on a steed he is not 360 LOS. Instead, imagine it as a lone cavalry model.

I may be wrong, though. I don't have my Fantasy Rulebook on hand at-the-moment, but try looking at the Flying Cavalry rules.

By default models have 90 LOS, not 360. Only man sized single models and units of skimirshers have 360 LOS, and that is by exception only - you have to be expplicitly granted it.

As it states in the book Daemonic Mounts all count as cavalry, therefore 90 LOS
