The entry just says 3 Bikers may take. Nothing about scout bikers. Is the SGT. a biker? This is useful if he can as it makes the Astartes BS4

I checked the main entry on page 67 and the Army List entry at the back of the book...and the wording is kind of crappy there...but if I were organizing a tourney or something, I would have to say it was technically legal.

As it only states "Bikers" this would apply to all bikers, Scout and Scout Sergeant alike. If it had said Scout Bikers may take it would have been clearly only the normal bikers.

Add the launcher, it seems perfectly legal.

That's what i figured that it was like the entry for scouts where it states any model may have.
