I'm currently in Japan and my flag is showing as US. I enforced my flag to Japan and it's still showing as US. Do I need to clear my cookies or something?

Right now it lists you as autodetect. It is not really meant for casual changes like that, so will take 2-3 days to update everywhere when you update it.
