The only things I would change are taking out karanak and replace him with some furies for a cheap screen. Then maybe add a firestorm blade to the herald for extra punch.

As you have limited yourself to khorne, there isn't all that much more you can do to improve it.

1st up-welcome to Dakka.
2nd-Daemons? NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! I'm sorry about that, I hate daemon armies in the game as they're so powerful. However, are their any magic items for Daemons that are ten points that you could give to the non-skully herald?
