When rolling Initiative + d6 after CC, would a Seer Council of warlocks + Farseer use the majority base initiative of 4, or Enhance-buffed initiative of 5, as Enhance is "available permanently"?

In my eyes it seems more clear cut with other units gaining I benefits from charging, such as Orks, that "unmodified initiative" would be used, but the Eldar reputations and the Enhance wording make me slightly less sure.

DO you use unmodified init? Yes

Init is therefore 4 for SA. Essentially your profile is I4/5 much like a bike has T4/5 (or 3/4 for wussy elves )
