I want to use a callidus in my daemon hunters army, but I don't like the model... Anyone have any good ideas for a different model I could use?

I've got 4 different models for a callidus assassin in my collection.

1. is the original female bodysuited assassin.

Middle group - on the right.
2. is the standard running Callidus with blade raised.
3. is a converted Howling banshee (headswap. Used a Dark elf hooded/masked head and added a cloak and carved a crystalline pistol from plasticard rod.
4. is the elf character from Mordheim (Aenur?) with an old eldar power sword weapon swap.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

I've also used escher gangers for deathcult assassins and am converting one to use as a calidus.

....and lo!.....The Age of Sigmar came to an end when Saint Veetock and his hamster legions smote the false Sigmar and destroyed the bubbleverse and lead the true believers back to the Old World.

Infinity The Game (by Corvus Belli) has various female assassin type models.

wow, I'm tempted to get that for the sheer hell of having that!

in seriousness, nice spot kilkrazy, looks a good model even if a little risque (or however you spell it)
You might also find a nice model from www.urbanmammoth.com , I wanted to use a female charactor as my SM Librarians Familiar in a previous codex, It was a model similar to the above but had a slight inquistition/adeptus mech feel to it which suited my Chapter theme perfectly, they might even have something there you can use as an assassin, they have a good range of models

If I bought a Reverend Moira I would paint the buttocks cloth colour.

But what fun is that?

People are like dice, a certain Frenchman said that. You throw yourself in the direction of your own choosing. People are free because they can do that. Everyone's circumstances are different, but no matter how small the choice, at the very least, you can throw yourself. It's not chance or fate. It's the choice you made.

I recently bought a model by a Werner Klocke from Reaper; I did not know, but he does a whole slew of female models;

One of them might be a good base. Be warned; a couple are 54mm scale.

I think the french maid would be a good assassin but Finari, Female Crusader would be better.

It's subversive and iconoclastic.
