I only just recently started looking into playing 40k. I like the flavor of the grey knights. I was curious though on whether i could add a chaplain to my army. they arent listed in the codex. Also what minis can i use for the inquisitor warrior henchmen? Thanks alot guys!

Ok this tricky to explain, so don't think I'm trying to patronise you, I just want to make sure that you understand correctly. Army can only use the units that come inside their codex. There are 2 exceptions to this. Codex Daemon Hunters and Witch Hunters. In these codex you are give 3 options. A) feild the codex (DH or WH) as it comes B) Use the units in this codex and take a selection of units from other codexs (these are listed in the DH & WH codex). (note Sisters of Battle and Grey Knights cannot be fielded if any Space Marines are taken this way ) C) You may add 0-1 HQ, 0-1 Elitle 0-2 Troop and 0-1 Fast units to another codex (these are listed in the DH & WH codex) (note Sisters of Battle and Grey Knights may be fielded even in if any Space Marines codex) So If you wanted to take a Chaplin you would need to use method C) and have a Space Marine Army with allied Grey Knights. Hope that helps

2 Mystics (Free shot at any thing deep striking within 4D6, by you or a unit within 12" of you) at least one Acolyte (don't give him any thing he is a spare wound for your lord) (...Scrap that armour might be ok) and then pick what ever you want to do with 'em.

well most people make their own. There is a box set but its sooo much cheaper to by stuff from SM and IG and convert them. If you have a GW store, odds are that there will be some one there that can show you how to do it. Mind you there's a ton of people here on Dakka and the rest of the interweb that can give you tips

Just about any model that looks like a warrior. I use some old Necromunda gangers for my under cover Inquisitor. One that operates openly might drag around soldiers straight from the Imperial Guard.

Weapon servitors are just the same servitors that SM and IG can get (can the Engineseer still take them? ). I just use two heavy bolters and a plasma cannon one.
Regular "veterans" can be regular guard stormtroopers (same options). Carapace armour, etc.
Mystics - I made two from some spare robed DA vet bodies (old metal casts). Made up two sleeved arms out of greenstuff. They are just the token 'culties' from most SF/fantasy movies.
The others are a bit tricky - I do have a couple of servo skulls floating around ( ) but I haven't got around to making any of the other kinds yet.

Ok here is another, The Grey Knight terminators can forgo the stormbolter and nemesis force weapon for a thunderhammer and storm shield. Could I use the thunderhamer and still use the stormbolter? or do they have to match?

You have to swap out both the Stormbolter and the Nemesis for the Thunderhammer and Stormshild on a regular Grey Knight Terminator. Brother Captains and Grand masters have more options and can either swap out both for free, buy specific replacement weapons, or do a combo of both (free Thunderhammer and a bought Psycannon, or a free nemesis with a bought Storm Shield).
