On the plus side, it'd be easy to make big rocket assemblies out of plastic cylinders (Maybe $4 from a hobby shop), some similarly cheap plastic striping (for edging and/or to 'band' the 'rocket tubes' together.) and some leftover parts.
I'm not fond of GW's preferance for big, exposed open mounts for rockets and missile weapons. I much prefer the old H-K missile over the big rail-mounted one, for example. Even orks would appreciate maximizing the 'density of dakka.'
In fact, you could use square plastic tubes to make something similar. Cut 3-4 lengths, and make endcaps out of plasticard with a bit of decoration. Keep all or most closed, and you don't need to worry about making rockets.
