So, I'm thinking about making my 3x Tzeentch Daemon Princes large Pink/Blue Horrors... Something that looks like it should fit on a medium base Any ideas for something I can use as a base model or am I looking at sculpting all of them fro scratch? Thanks in advance

I have no idea what you would use for this, but I love the idea!

What I've always loved about Pink/Blue Horrors is the concept of one layer peeling off just to reveal another equally nasty layer underneath. I see no reason why this shouldn't work at an even larger level, i.e. your DP would be say 3 or 4 layers of demonic nastiness.

That would probably be the angle to take with modelling it - a possessed monstrosity still wearing the twisted remnants of his old armour but mutated to barely be humanoid any more. As a conversion base, maybe Spawn bits and a Chaos Terminator (plus lots of greenstuff, of course)?

In keeping with the bird Tzeentch motif, maybe have beaked mouths within other beaked mouths, rather than the toothed mouths for Pink/Blue Horrors?

Oooh - use a spawn as a base, buy some regual pink/blue horrors and stick them around it, and then create a greenstuff greater creature around them (so there are multiple things escaping from the single larger DP horror)... sweet.

My only problem with having a bunch of smaller horrors splitting off from it is that DP's don't get We Are Legion and my idea for my Heralds was to green stuff two horrors together and add some extra arms with books, scrolls, staffs etc.

I was imagining literally a Pink Horror that's three times the size of a regular one

Ive actually done this before, ill dig out some pics later on for you.

It was a giant horror (3 main faces) about 5x the size of a basic horror.
4 arms, 2 of which had flames comming from them.

all i did was got as many pics and models together as i could and drew out a sketch 1st (ill get that pic aswell)
then used old sprue to build a frame which i then GS'ed over.
Just looked like a huge horror but with faces and gems added to it.

Suffused with the dying memories of Sanguinus, the warriors of the Death Company seek only one thing: death in battle fighting against the enemies of the Emperor.
