Seems like you'd have to convert one.
I'd suggest trying to find a High Elf Chariot and some of the new plastic Cold Ones to make one up (not gonna be cheap, though).

Neither will the dark riders. As far as im aware there is no set of 5 and if it were it would likely be £35-£7 each (sorry i can see your from the Usa i have no idea what that is in dollars.)

There are Dark Elf Chariots. They're just either Direct Order only, or discontinued.

As for Dark Riders, it's very simple and effective to just get some Wood Elf Glade Riders and kitbash them with DE Warriors.
