Hey guys,

I use a lot (and I do mean alot) of Brazen Brass on my Orks.

Unfortunately, I am paining up about 60 more,a nd just founf out that GW has stopped making it.

Does anyone know where I can find some? I am not familiar with any sites that sell paiting supplies.

Get Brassy Brass from Vallejo, it's the same thing.

Dude at the GW store near me suggested just using a mix of Burnished Gold and Scorched Brown.

Out of curiosity what do they look like?

any pics of of Orks with the brass on?

Are they "Bluhd fer the Bluhd Gawd" Orks?

But yea, I agree with Luna, can we see? I have this image in my head of Orks dressed like Pirates with all sorts of Brass buckles and stuff on em'

Lemme try to get some pics.

It's not so much that each Ork has ton's of brass on them, but I use it to highlight shootas, PKs, exhaust...and yes, buckles.

Now I have 40 more boys to paint, and am kinda stuck.

Reaper Ancient Bronze works reasonably well too, though I find Brazen Brass a little darker.

i've gotten a fairly similar color in the past by mixing mithril silver with a bit of brown ink

Im in the same boat. I use flesh wash for pretty much everything on my orks. Im not sure what Im going to do when I run out.
