I picked up my Deff Rolla sprue at my FLGS and got to talking to the person who ran the Ard Boyz semi finals (I didn't win to go to the finals nor play my Orks in the second round). I was advised the semi finals packet actually did make the ruling on Deff Rollas; they could be used to ram vehicles. IIRC, another store owner (Mikhalia?) posted this information on dakka as well. Bummer the kit didn't arrive before the tourney (locally, at least).

Granted, it's not an official ruling outside of the Ard Boyz, but I am glad to see the Ard Boyz organizers listened to the players and made a decision. At least it is clear for the final round as I'm sure some folks will be bringing their Orks and won't be shocked by a last minute ruling or accused of cheating (which some folks did after the first round was completed).

GW could learn something from the Ard Boyz organizers: listen to your customers and provide feedback. IE: update your FAQ/Errata.

It's actually kinda sad that they've been released. I've seen so many hilarious conversions.. miniature rolling pins, carved blocks of wood... then there are the toilet paper rolls and hair curlers (sounds silly, but seeing 3+ battlewagons with pink hair curlers on front is rather scary)... It's almost un-orky to actually have a sprue for these now.

I'm thinking though, that the DR sprue would make a good start on a gigantic snotling pumpwagon.)

Or use two, and make Flinstones style battlewagon. Then you can ram in reverse, and forward!

....and lo!.....The Age of Sigmar came to an end when Saint Veetock and his hamster legions smote the false Sigmar and destroyed the bubbleverse and lead the true believers back to the Old World.

I know its there. I've been advocating GW simply update their FAQ. They didn't, but at least the Ard Boyz organizers made some type of ruling, especially after the uproar folks had in the first round (some areas allowed it, others didn't).

It's not a game breaker at 1500-2k but it really gets nasty when you have 6 of them.
