If I were you I would swap Stern for a normal Brother Captain and keep his cost low and then use the points for some more troops. Keep in mind that pure GK suffer at anything below 1500 it seems to me. Take this with a pinch of salt though as Ive only ever used DH as allies.

I wouldn't bother with blessed, since daemons aren't going to be your only enemy. I don't rely on shrouding, so I don't take psycannons, but that's just me.

Brother Captain Stern can't be used in anything but 1500 point games, so take a brother-captain or grand master.

Psycannon bolts aren't useful at all on a dreadnought with lascannons and missile launchers, neither are searchlights unless you're SURE you're going to be playing a night game.

Use the remaining points to add a few more PAGKs to your list, (if possible) i'd reccomend adding more people to your squads with the leftovers.

Another thing you might consider doing is ditching the two dreadnoughts and finding a way to put a landraider in there. A single landraider becomes a priority, but you can use that to make your grey knights less likely to be shot at or engaged in close combat. Everyone will go for the landraider (unless they're smart, then they'll just avoid the landraider altogether) but AV14 is difficult to deal with in a small game like 1000 points.

Another note: depending on who you're playing, grey knights perform very well in close combat unless you're fighting an enemy of equal or greater value. If they're against something like tau or shooty eldar, get a land raider, use it as a shield, and charge them as soon as possible. (turn it to the side to shield them.) You won't be able to soften them up as much, but it might work. It's a risky strategy though.

Heavy: 506 Pts
2x Land Raiders w/ smoke

Yep, that's only 15 troops. But look at the your opponents face when you drop two Land Raiders on the board. Yep, this list won't gain you any friends, but war is war my friend. That's the long and short of it. Of course, if you want to change it up you could bring 3 dreadnoughts and add more GKs... but I'd definitely bring Land Raiders at 1000 points. I argued this on another forum but in the end, used it... and can't argue anymore. We're Grey Knights, we're always outnumbered, so why not make it outnumbered in style.

Errr, have to comment here. Getting outnumbered by Space Marines is not that farfetched. At least two local Marine players I know have periodically fielded all- foot slogging armies. I recently faced one of them when he was fielding a force that consisted of maximized Tactical Squads supported by Devastator Squads and lead by a Chaplain. I was playing IG and the mission was Seize Ground with 3 objectives. Getting swamped by over a dozen combat squads was not nice . The mental image the battle conjured was something like the British facing the Zulus at Isandlwhana, except the naked spear armed tribesmen were replaced by Power Armored Astartes with Boltguns .

But the truly epic moment was a few months ago when one of the local Orc players suddenly realized that he was actually outnumbered by Marines . The look on his face was priceless!

At 1500 points a Black Templar army can field about 110 marines and scouts/neophytes and be legal

I am usually outnumbered by Marines with my Sisters. I believe Necron should normally be outnumbered. Eldar usually are. Chaos are outnumbered by Smurfs. Nidzilla is outnumbered by Grey Knights. Yeah, more likely than you may think.
