I've finally started to paint my first WHFB army, and I've started with my first test of a color scheme for my Saurus Calvary. I took the paint scheme from two Uromastyx species I like. Thoughts?

It's still a work in progress; I need to finish up some of the detail work and, of course, the basing. So far I think it's not too bad. Note I'm not an experienced painter, so my technique is pretty basic.

It's a shame that such a wonderful paintjob is almost ruined by how horrible the model is. Thankfully, you've managed to make the cold one look much less ugly then usual, and I congradgulate you for it.

Also, Luna, add me to that list. I'm not quite considering starting FB yet, but if I were, I'd make the jump for the scalies, if only it weren't for how horrible the cold ones are.
